Shipping and Returns
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday) before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive tracking info via email as soon as your order is on the way.
Note: We don’t process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. A tracking link will be sent to you via email once your order ships.
Can I cancel my order?
Because each item is made just for you, we can’t cancel orders once they enter production. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days, and we’ll provide a free reprint or full refund.

Each t-shirt is custom-made, so we can’t offer returns for size, color, or preference changes. However, if your order has a defect or error, reach out within 30 days, and we’ll make it right with a free reprint or refund as part of our Quality Guarantee.
