What products do you offer?

Are all the shirts the same size?
Yes, all of our shirts are roughly the same size. The difference comes down to the feel and style of each shirt.

What’s the difference between the Classic, Premium, and Vintage shirts?

Classic T-Shirts: These have a traditional fit, not too tight or baggy. They feature designs on both the front and back, and are made from soft ringspun cotton or cotton blends. It’s your go-to comfortable tee.

Premium T-Shirts: These are more fitted, especially in the arms and shoulders, for a sleek, retail-ready look. They feature front-only designs and are made from lightweight 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton.

Vintage T-Shirts: These have a relaxed fit and a heavier feel. They feature designs on the front and back, and are made from garment-dyed cotton for a faded, vintage look.

How does the fabric differ between the shirts?

• Classic: Made from ringspun cotton and cotton blends, offering a soft, comfortable feel.
• Premium: Made from 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, which is softer and lighter than the Classic. 
• Vintage: Made from heavyweight garment-dyed cotton, providing a thicker, more relaxed feel with a faded, vintage finish.

Which shirt should I choose if I want a more fitted look?
The Premium t-shirt is your best option for a more fitted style, especially around the arms and shoulders, with a sleek, modern look.

What if I want a more relaxed or vintage vibe?
Our Vintage t-shirt offers a relaxed fit with a heavier feel and a garment-dyed finish for a cool, faded look.

How can I tell if a shirt has a back graphic?

SHIPPING AND RETURNS 

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (M-F), then ready to ship. 

How long does shipping take?

On average, most orders should arrive within 5-8 days (this timeframe includes custom production + shipping combined). You will also receive notification and tracking information via email when your order has shipped. All accessories ship separately from our t-shirts due to different warehouse locations.

Can I track my order?

A tracking link will be sent once your package is shipped. Please note that we do not process orders or ship on weekends or holidays, and delivery times may be longer during peak holiday seasons.

Can I cancel my order?

At Comfort Cotton, all of our products are made to order, and once your order is placed, it goes into production right away. Because of this, we are unable to cancel orders once they’ve been sent to production.

If you have any issues with your order, such as receiving a damaged product or encountering a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly offer a free reprint or a refund. We’re here to help with any concerns!
