SHIPPING AND RETURNS

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (M-F), then ready to ship. How long does shipping take? On average, most orders should arrive within 5-8 days (this timeframe includes custom production + shipping combined). You will also receive notification and tracking information via email when your order has shipped. All accessories ship separately from our t-shirts due to different warehouse locations.

Can I track my order?

A tracking link will be sent once your package is shipped. Please note that we do not process orders or ship on weekends or holidays, and delivery times may be longer during peak holiday seasons.

Can I cancel my order?

At Comfort Cotton, all of our products are made to order, and once your order is placed, it goes into production right away. Because of this, we are unable to cancel orders once they’ve been sent to production. If you have any issues with your order, such as receiving a damaged product or encountering a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly offer a free reprint or a refund. We’re here to help with any concerns!
